Since i have joined here, its been a roller coaster ride, learning the tech nuances and how the other side works has helped me a lot. Some changes came as a surprise while few were positive as well. Its been a good experience so far, would love to see it getting better.

Focus on work life balance is something which is appreciated. Company looks after its employees well by offering various region based incentives to promote work life culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job role which provides me unique challenges everyday and that keeps me abreast of the who's who of the industry and events. My networking has skyrocketed since i came here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is always at the forefront scouting for best suited ideas for the organisation and take opinions internally too on the changes that matters. They are always engrossed trying to diversify and find newer ways to expand and grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One should be given equal and fair chance to be at par with market. If due to certain policies one gets left out for annual raise they must be given due advantage proportionately in due time. As money is one of the strongest motivating factors for any employee. Raising it timely will help.
