I like sharing my work/research with the larger team! Brainstorms are also fun and engaging

Definitely how willing/able people are to strike up conversation with each other and how welcoming everyone is.

Everyone is very understanding and considerate. In my department, there is good work life balance that allows for great conversation and team building

All of my team members are willing to help out or provide guidance for each other, but also trust each other to complete the job wonderfully.

I feel like my salary is very competitive. It helps me appreciate the work I am doing and to value my time and the time of others.

The WFH policy is very nice. I like coming into the office when there is an event or gathering, and being able to stay home most days!

I love how much they care about a work/life balance! I feel like it means I can give my all to the job and maintain a healthy relationship with the role.

I like working with people within my department, as well as other departments! I really like my usual teammates, but then I also love seeing new faces or working with other people that I don't get to very often
