The team is always ready for a quick chat, different cultural activities, healthy work-related discussions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would not say that I'm completely underpaid but yes, there are some stances that prove that my compensation can be improved a bit comparatively. Also, the amount of hours and effort I put into my role is no less than my peers. However, I would say that the managerial team here is lovely.
