More opportunities that are not humdrum back end work need to be provided to add something our professional growth and make use of our skills for the benefit of the company, otherwise we just appear to be doing call centre like work

More opportunities and work needs to be provided to improve our skill set and make use of our existing skill sets to help us grow professionally and add something to our resumes to show something for our time here and not just humdrum back end operational work
