So far, so good! I think BCV is a great place to work with lots of potential to be great, but there is a lot that needs to be fixed in the current ways of working. I feel like processes take longer, people are overworked in certain areas, underworked in others.

They seem to be very committed to the company's growth. They all want good things for BCV and that is very apparent.

They are all really nice people. Everyone I have met at BCV has been very welcoming and social which I really appreciate!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, would say the social aspect is what makes BCV a fun place to work. You can tell people genuinely like each other which is awesome.
What makes you most happy at work?
I would say words of affirmation from people you don't typically work with each day. It is nice to meet other people and share successes and compliments all-around :)
