All teammates have very good working and friendly relationships and the team is very work-centric.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not paid well enough for my skill set and the bonus component of my CTC never matched my expectation. Giving 13-14% percent salary hike on promotion was not expected.
