Personal and profesional balance and flexible working times

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health Insurance or yearly bonus is not a complete compensation package, in my oppinion.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Internal reporting tools to be more efficient when preparing for a client visit. Having one single sign on intranet or space, well organized to access for any type of task you need to perform (nowadays we have tons of URLs, user logins for products, HR, Business Travel, Expenses, Reporting, etc)
