Amazing organization to work with and grow, gives you ample opportunity to learn. My only concern is in terms of compensation, not beinf rightly compensated makes good loyal people switch and go to other companies inspite of amazing work and culture at RateGain.

A healthy mix of bonding and competitiveness in the team pushes you to excel. Also we have a open fun culture in the team right from top to us which makes working lively and fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy in my work along with opportunities to interact with C level executives on daily basis. Selling New products every few months increases your horizon of knowledge and excites you talk abt ur company and sell products
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the responsibilites and work; the compensation should be in line with the global and market standards. I truely believe employees who have been loyal and staying with Rategain for over 3 years all of their packages should be reviewed as per market standard and revision should be done.
