What does the leadership team need to get better at?Consistency. There is constant turnover of management, which means constant change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Employees have aleady been told that they shouldn't expect raises or bonuses this year. Regular merit increases would help me feel better.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?More training/education. Most are new nurses with no experience. They are given minimal training.
