    Company is restructuring and leaving centers to be run by one person that is burnt out. Centers need 2 qualified people running them.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Salary is not commensurate with required tasks. No opportunity to grow and lack of opportunity to take PTO that we have earned.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    Coworkers need to colectively say no to this company adding on more duties for no more pay.
