Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The experience for a start-up has been pretty great the first 10 months. I think right now we are in a huge growing push and that has caused a lot of change that may have been too fast. I also think our company goals should be more S.M.A.R.T goals. I do not feel they are attainable right now.

They value work-life balance and family.

Bonus is based on company amd my individual performance.

Helping clients be successful and helping my teammates become better every day. I also love learning something new to always make me better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no recognition for the high performers and the low performers get treated the same. I have discussed my compensation at length and feel I am highly undervalued for what I am making.
