Getting to help clients by adding value to their day to day workflows and team interactions.

There's a pervasive streak of kindness and helpfulness. Everyone wants to do well and help others on the team do well too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can tell that they care about you as a person. We're encouraged to take time off, spend time with family, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
So many opportunities for new projects, ideas, methods, etc. Experimentation and critical thinking are encouraged, which makes each day unique and exciting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While there's always incredible focus on the mission, we all know that we don't accomplish that mission unless we work together. The camaraderie here is unlike anything I've ever experienced.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and honest. Dedicated to the success of not just the company but the people that work there. They're aware of when they make mistakes and move forward with what they've learned.
