Learning new features or ways of doing things that I can then pass on to our customers or even other RFPIO team mates.

The willingness of everyone to jump in and help, even if it's just answering a question is the most positive thing about the culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive are accessible and willing to speak with everyone. Often times at other companies people are told not to directly interact with the CEO.
