Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
RFPIO's salary for CSM's is on the lower end for the market. We continue to lose talent because of this.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration! Everyone is willing to help at the drop of a hat. One of the core values of Get It Done is exemplified throughout the teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the willingness to help. Ask a question and get a response almost immediately. Being remote this is extremely helpful and allows for quick client follow up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is fully invested in the day-to-day operations of the business. The access we have to executive leadership and their willingness to listen is incredible. Voices are heard at this organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the marketplace the pay for CSM is on the lower side. I came into RFPIO with over a decade of experience. However, I chose RFPIO knowing this because of the culture and the reviews by clients.
