My overall experience at this company thus far has been greater than expected. My team makes me feel valuable, the leaderships tries their best to make everything work and it really shows. I've enjoy working with people that truly care about their impact to the company, makes me want to do the same.

With the months I have been here it has been a very positive experience. The work-life balance is great and the people are wonderful. I do not regret taking a job offer at this company at all. Couldn't have picked a better company to start my tech career with.

In the current market, I have been offered the same position with over a 20% pay increase.

How simple everyone is. They are all pretty easy people to talk to and are always willing to help.

How everyone is willing to give feedback. It shows that everyone cares and is excited to see others grow.

My small team, the happy culture from the rest of the team, giving each other recognition, meeting new people.

I enjoy seen how different departments collaborate together and give each other recognition, a small recognition goes a long way, it also shows how alive the company is. As well as the feedback that I receive, is always great, it shows that the team/company cares and it helps me grow.
