I've enjoyed worjing at RFPIO. The main thing I'd love to see improved upon is the PTO package. Going from 15 PTO days to 20 + keep the 5 sick dats would be truly appreciated.

Overall it is a great place to work! It has been really hard going from unlimited to limited PTO though. I've had more PTO available to me at all other places of employment in my career thus far.

They are trying to grow and retain current employees even through some big turnover rates.

Being able to work from home. I wish I could be fully remote though. It's hard to plan ahead and find/pay for childcare being partially remote.
