I really enjoy working with my colleagues. I think the company has an area of improvement in regard to initial training and pay. I believe more off-site activities would benefit the culture, as the majority of us work remotely.

Our payscale is lower in comparison to the larger market.

Salary is low compared to other SAAS companies. Unlimited vacation and a stipen for fitness would be a way to offset lower salaries.
