Flex Fridays! It's wonderful to have a half-day off to spend time with my family, volunteer or just relax!

The leadership team is invested in my success as an individual and makes it clear that they understand how my work contributes to the success of the company. They are open, encouraging and helpful.

The company is always looking for ways to improve. They are consistent in their desire to be the best. It's also noteworthy to see so many truly good people dedicated to doing good work. It's rare and wonderful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flex Fridays have been an absolute game changer for me and my family. A half-day three times a month may not seem like much, but it has been incredible for my work/life balance and overall mental health. No other company can match this commitment to overall wellbeing.
