Very collaborative - team approach to winning together, not versus each other. Healthy competition still exists though.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel "undervalued" as a person at RFPIO, but I do undervalued from a compensation perspective. My salary is quite far below most in the similar role/industry.
