very toxic, white dude, techbro culture that is encouraged by the leadership team & management.

The company has job posting that are offering higher salaries than the current employees in the roles they are hiring for.

Comp has changed multiple times in a short period and management gets defensive about any questions. Instead of a base pay on par with the industry, they keep adjusting discretionary bonuses. There is no pay transparency.
