They need to make fair decisions

Pathetic decisions made overnight which are not favorable for everyone

Lower than market. Not fair compared to other teams

I have no idea because nobody here listens to us

I do not like the 50-50 split between fixed and variable. no company has a 50-50 split. It should be 70-30
