i like how the company is spending on tools for us & the flexible work timings but in the end pay matters so i am unhappy with the 50-50 split. no other SaaS company has such a big difference between fixed and variable. this make it difficult to retain employees when they get other offers

Pathetic decisions made overnight which are not favorable for everyone

Lower than market. Not fair compared to other teams

I do not like the 50-50 split between fixed and variable. no company has a 50-50 split. It should be 70-30
