It has been a very positive overall experience while working at RFPIO. The work life balance is great and the product is the best on the market. The only element that needs attention from ELT is to reward/compensate people who have been here for a long time and performed above expectations.

Working here has been very rewarding. Seeing the growth and development of our company and truly building out a new market segment has been incredible to see and we are only just getting started.

Closing deals and seeing us accomplish these large targets.

From the top down, people are very positive and supportive.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CIO is phenomenal! Our CEO is focused on growth and strategic expansion which is also great to see.

People across the company are generally very positive and supporting. People are quick to encourage and uplift others across the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we are working our way in this direction, but we are still a bit low on base pay compared to the industry standard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have made great strategic hires as of late that are driving a very strategic, organized approach to propelling RFPIO forward. Excited about what the future holds!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a great group of peers I work with on the sales leadership team that holds each-other accountable, encourages one another and are constantly looking for ways to improve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base salary is not on par with the industry or my peers at other companies in the same position in Oregon. The cost of living in this state has changed considerably and our payment has yet to catch up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, people do whatever is necessary to get the job done and do right by the customer. Although, there is an increasing amount of people who are not of the mindset to "do right by the customer" and would rather do the bare minimum or only what is written out in an SLA.
