When my expertise is respected and I have the opportunity and confidence from leadership to do what I love.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their open communication. I always feel like I can go to anyone on the executive leadership team with questions, ideas and thoughts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if my compensation was fair and reflected inflation. I feel undervalued because there are times I feel like I'm added to projects as an after thought and not at the ground level.
