My team is the best both professionally and personally. They are smart, objective and well good human beings. I would love to continue working with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market compensation and my peers and acquaintances who has the same experience or lesser than me are paid well, I feel I'm underpaid, looking for a better compensation which boosts my confidence level and strive much more for the company.
