What are some of the best things about your team?

Their openness and kindness. I love the people at RPFIO.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

We recently seen effort to respond to our feedback asking for alignment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I will be working to ask for a increase in compensation. I was disappointed that the reviews avoided the fact that in the US we've seen a increase in inflation with no adjustment in income, therefore it's as if we are getting paid less even though I have a year more of experience in this company.
