I am so grateful to have joined the RFPIO team. This has been a career change for me, and the transition has been smooth and positive. I haven't had the chance to interact with many colleagues outside of my team and hope to eventually, however my manager and teammates are wonderful!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Joining RFPIO has been an empowering experience. This is my first time working in SAAS, however from the very first interview to my onboarding experience to ongoing feedback on my work, I've learned that I have what it takes to try something new!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has very open communication, so we are often reaching out for help, clarification, trouble-shooting, etc. These interactions are lighthearted and get the job done!
What makes you most happy at work?
One of our core values is "Get it Done," and this resonates with my personality. I love receiving a task, completing it with excellence, and then watching it positively impact the customer experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone loves half-day Fridays. Sometimes people will share how they spend them, but overall the message is to take time to focus on what's important to you - family, hobbies, friends - take the extra time to enjoy life!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was at my previous job in education for eight years, and my salary still didn't cover conservative monthly expenses. At RFPIO, my salary has relieved that burden, and the annual raises allow me to rest assured that there is still room to grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is super relatable. When I was first hired, HR set up meetings with each of our C-level leaders, so we could meet them, ask questions, etc. In a rapidly growing company, I was impressed by the way they prioritized this kind of welcome and open communication.
