What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RFPIO has worked very hard to retain engagement from employees despite being practically 100% remote. We hire great people who want to collaborate and talk to others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very collaborative team that is genuinely invested in each other's growth. RFPIO does a great job of not creating a competitive environment, but rather fosters community instead.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has a genuine interest in the product and the potential impact it can have for our client base which is refreshing to other leadership teams that just care about money.
