Working at RFPIO has been a great experience but I'd be more inclined to stay as a "lifer" if we saw more competitive pay and more opportunities for the entire team to interact. Things are progressive but do feel a bit compartmentalized. I feel challenged and enjoy the work I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are encourage to work as a team to solve issues. Leadership values new ideas and aids with advancing them. Flex Fridays are amazing!
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like the autonomy I have. I am able to tackle my work at my own pace as long as I'm results driven.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate how available and approachable the leadership at RFPIO is. I never feel awkward coming to anyone with a specific issue or need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
- availability to tackle any issues as a team - humor/culture is a huge perk - reliable and ready to jump into any issue
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other startup/SaaS employers, we are not paid nearly enough. I'd like to see a minimum salary of $80k annually, as well as options for bonus compensation. Our benefits could be better as well - i.e. more wellness focused perks, gym reimbursement, paid internet, coworking space stipend...
