Working at RFPIO has been incredibly rewarding for me. While there are absolutely ways the company could improve and better support current employees, I do feel that generally there is a good faith effort by the company to listen to & incorporate feedback.

The best part of the compensation package is having a livable wage as a base salary in addition to quarterly bonuses and the ability to earn commissions.

We are highly collaborative - if you don't know the answer or best way to proceed, the team is ready to brainstorm & help troubleshoot. It's like expanding your own expertise by 100 fold!

Contributing to a high growth company and helping to craft the customer experience from the foundational level. My work is challenging, exciting, and different each day. The positive environment, beautiful office space, and snacks are a bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming to all who visit our office. When interviewing I had multiple stop and introduce themselves while I was waiting for my interviewer. There is a feeling of support and camaraderie as soon as you walk through the door.

We have a great product that is backed up by an excellent dev & support team. It makes it easy to help my clients and get them excited about our product! I love making my client's job's easier & RFPIO makes it easy for me to do that!
