What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture initially was too good and employee first company and i felt like a second home but then it has been changing a lot as company grows .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Flexibility of timings and believing in us (employees) and considering our requests for basic needs such as cab facilities and food would make us feel better. And there is no comp off policy yet.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always coordinated and on the same page. And one of the most coolest, confident and a great team. And will work hard and smart as well to get the things done on time.
