Work life balance is great, as long as you set clear boundaries with what you can and can't get done. The company is going through a really difficult time and it will be very telling to see how the leaders navigate these next few months. A lot needs to get done. Prioritization and alignment is key!

Our team is the BEST! We are all very trusting and open and great at communicating with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does their best to try and be as transparent as possible with the team. Sometimes it is too much transparency, but at least they are trying.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For employees that have been with the company for a while and have stayed through the current job climate and current chaos, there is no real incentive to stay and help with the legacy and tribal knowledge. Many of us have this invaluable knowledge of systems and process and that is not compensated.
