I love our team. We have great values and it truly is a big family!

Making a positive impact on my fellow team members day and getting to help people makes me happy.

Our team is the BEST! We are all very trusting and open and great at communicating with each other.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team does their best to try and be as transparent as possible with the team. Sometimes it is too much transparency, but at least they are trying.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For employees that have been with the company for a while and have stayed through the current job climate and current chaos, there is no real incentive to stay and help with the legacy and tribal knowledge. Many of us have this invaluable knowledge of systems and process and that is not compensated.
