I'm happy working here. I love the product. I enjoy working with my clients. I'm exhausted by the volume of tickets and the time it takes to resolve tickets and fix bugs. I need better processes and better communication. Better communication from leadership and more realistic goals would be great

We're a very flat organization, so we have access to the leadership team and can meet with any of them to discuss successes and opportunities.

It was extremely thorough. I prefer a longer interview process because it gives both the company and the interviewee time to really assess each other.

The best thing about working at RFPIO is the amazing team of smart, talented, sincerely helpful people with whom I work every single day. We all help each other learn and problem solve in a genuinely positive environment.

Everyone is willing to help at any time for no other reason that helping another colleague. There is no tit for tat. No one ever offers to help because there's something in it for them. Collab here is amazing.

Our culture drives our commitment to our clients and each other and creates a place where I feel valued, respected, recognized, and empowered to help my clients solve their challenges. And when I log off each day, I know I've helped my clients accomplish something or have solved a problem for them.
