Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

RFPIO is definitely experiencing growing pains. My time here has been fine, but in the last year as we've introduced VPs and more middle management, I've felt many of us have lost our voice. Several of my team mates and I do not feel we have much say in the direction, or pace, our team goes in.

Overall, RFPIO is a decent company with a good product, but we've lost a lot of good people who, like me, are frustrated with leadership. RFPIO needs to focus on listening to employee feedback and take retention seriously, because our turnover is notable.

I feel it's industry-standard. Our benefits could use some work.

My immediate team members are very supportive and I enjoy talking with them.

How close-knit and supportive we all are. We really come together to achieve our goals.

I really enjoy working with my manager, so it's always great to work on projects alongside them,

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Flex Fridays are nice. Other than that, there's a lot of turnover right now so it's difficult to be positive about our environment.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I love my immediate team. They respect my visions and contributions, and I respect theirs. I feel included and valued by my immediate team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I appreciate my immediate team and how supportive we all are of each other. However, I can't say the same for our company-wide culture.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're all inclusive and supportive - committed to diversity and equality for all. They always listen to customer feedback and incorporate it into the product.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I do genuinely believe they want employees to feel included and welcome, which is evident by them finally implementing a better maternity leave policy and extending the flex Friday schedule.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I believe that the executive team does hold their established company values close to heart and tries to live to up to them. I believe that their goal is to ultimately give back time to our customers and ensure they are heard.
