What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency of our leadership team and how they care about us as employees, and people outside of the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How open executive leadership is about our goals and how close we are to reaching them. I also appreciate how they want us to have a healthy work/life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing results/enhancements/changes to things my teammates and I have been wanting answers on. Also, knowing my colleagues are also my friends and I get to chat with them everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though the industry ranges for salaries are higher elsewhere and sometimes I feel like I would be valued more monetarily at another company. However, I do appreciate the benefits at RFPIO and that helps cushion the lower salary slightly.
