And it is not being allowed to be followed I had one coworker tell me if I couldn't do everything in the kitchen go home

I do feel overwhelmed and suppressed by mondain administrative tasks that can be completed easily with minimum training. I don't believe this is the best use of my time, where i can be building efficient prosses, training staff and new customers

Carvana: I've only been with Carvana for two months, but I absolutely love it! I bought my car from Carvana three years ago and when I saw the opportunity to be the person to deliver those vehicles, I jumped on it quick!
PepsiCo: The pay is good and benefits too
TaskUs: There are some perks such as nice activities, wellness sessions etc, however I get the sensation that by providing us with these "nice" things they are making us unable to complain about other flaws such as the strictness of attendance, sick leaves, the system falling apart all the time etc.
Waffle House: Its a company that puts forth effort to take care of its people. They have to because it's an emoloyee owned company. Its great that that is built into their fiscal responsibility

Shoprite Supermarkets: when I was hired it was more personable.
Uniqlo: Over working and hard working, but low salary and you have to work under pressure. Inside is dead but you have to keep smileing to customer and greeting them. The company didn't care about the employee but more focus on the result and their profit. I do not recommend working here.
