There are some perks such as nice activities, wellness sessions etc, however I get the sensation that by providing us with these "nice" things they are making us unable to complain about other flaws such as the strictness of attendance, sick leaves, the system falling apart all the time etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Discussing interesting things and learning about the job is pretty entertaining personally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all very close to each other and enjoy spending time. They're always open minded and there to support for anything either work related or not.
What makes you most happy at work?
The discussions I have with my coworkers or an interesting case that I have to handle. I enjoy learning new things about the job since it keeps me interested and entertained.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I cannot specifically say something about other Team Leaders, however my Team leader is by far the best I've come in to contact with and appreciate her work and what she does.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are treated like robots asking to be on time and being punished if we're late even a minute. I understand the fact that productivity is lost but being pressured to not be late even a minute creates big stress on our everyday life and I believe every logical person would agree with this aspect.
