I've been with this company for more than five years and yet we don't have salary increase

we need better compensation all basic commodities are increasing but our salary still the same since 2016
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leaders don't listen to the sentiments of their employees as long as they getting their paycheck per cut-off they didn't care they look all the agents are replaceable and disposable so they they did not asked if the agent is resigning why they are resigning
