AT&T: I am with the company for last 15 years and have never ever even considered working elsewhere. Would like to continue in AT&T till I retire. Enjoyed every day I worked here

Medical appointments need to be made 4 to 6 month in advance, there seems to be no option to arrange anything with the project or the WMF teams for that.

Synopsys Inc: Overall, it is acceptable. However, job secure becomes my biggest concern these years. Company doesn't seem need middle management, and expects R&D manager to write code as well which is challenging for a manager who is managing a middle size of team.

AT&T: Like customers, CEOs aren't always right. The current leadership team does not inspire confidence or show appreciation for the employees driving growth. Until upper leadership values its people and the work performed, the company's direction and sustainability remain uncertain.
AT&T: Over the 29 years here it has been a good experience, I have learned a lot. But getting near the end of my career it feels changes made are to push senior employees to choose to retire even if early.
