I have some very good colleagues that create a positive environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Increase salaries, meal allowance (have been the same for years), implement the 4 days-week. Also, invest in the employees development, with training and courses.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Increase the salaries and invest in the employees development, There are many courses (e.g. on Coursera) that a Foundever could allow us to follow and pay for the certification.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the salary is too low, it doesn't allow us to live a dignified life. Even the meal allowance was not increased in all the years I've been working here, 7.17€ per
