After the merger of Sykes and Sitel, many things have changed for the worse. There is no real cohesion. People work against each other instead of together.

It needs to be more responsive to the needs of employees and provide me, as a team manager, with the necessary work materials.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work in the minimum wage sector, even though the company earns a lot of money. Single parents in particular find it very difficult to make ends meet. But they give their best for eight hours every day, and that is not appreciated.
