What are some of the best things about your team?

They always strive and seek to improve things and deliver good work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

That most people are willing to talk and are very sociable, and that most of us are united by music.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be clear with information and avoid misinformation. Be direct and don't shy away from providing information. Leave bias and nepotism aside, as they always apply to most situations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Why don't they keep the 80-peso payment and divide it into 70 plus a 10-peso bonus? However, to evade taxes and pay people less when they resign or are laid off, which makes it unfair. In addition, they frequently change their corporate name.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's because of everything that's happening. TikTok is about to shut down, and they're forcing agents to join another campaign so they don't quit or get paid more. They're limiting my work hours and forcing me to always be in front of a computer.
