What are some of the best things about your team?
I always liked the human side in Foundever, that's basically one of the reasons I stayed here. Not for the job, not for the salary, not for the compensations or recognitions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I always make extra hours and giving extra mile but no compensations at all, we're often forgotten. EX: I have a laptop is not working anymore, and it's so hard to get a new one, as well as is so hard to get HR replies, and salary is really low
