Yes, the company does not care about employees, there are constant lay-offs because of mismanagement higher up the chain.

There is nothing positive. It's a toxic environment where people look out for themselves, constantly blame others for mistakes and live in fear of losing their jobs all the time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. Management has no idea what they want for the future of the company or how to achieve it, we just plod along every day until we lose our jobs.
