Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a QA, and I've noticed that I evaluate agents who earn more than I do. I feel this is not fair. My work extends beyond just agent evaluations; I also manage projects that benefit the entire account, yet this is not recognized. I don't receive recognition in my salary, through bonuses.
