I have been with the company a long time and the situation used to be "better". However, currently I could only advise my employees to look for another job. There is little opportunity for advancement, the pay is actually "decreasing", some bonuses removed as an example.

Lack of positive communication, a bonus model which is really worth striving for.

I wish I could say, it is hard to say anything positive at this time!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A complete "revamp" is needed. No "just looking at the bottom line", rewarding good work, ensuring excellent employees are "retained" and taken care of.
