Great place to work, wonderful people at all levels. Need to pay much better. We are losing talent due to this. and in turn we need to invest more for external talent

Camaraderie amongst colleagues at all levels. Open Door Policy does really exist here

Day to Day Operational challenges! and the ideas/suggestions discussed to counter/tackle them makes me most happy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We pay higher salaries to external hires rather than promoting/encouraging internal talent. Also, market value/corrections are not up to mark during appraisals
