Started off great, but as time goes by, it seems to feel less and less like the career I joined, to a job I'm terrified I'll get fired from. Worst part, there will be no warnings.

Supportive when needed. They have a genuine care for each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Would be nice to not have a looming termination lingering over my head, if I don't meet specific expectations.
