my experience is getting worse year by year, with the high management either ignoring the real issues or being blind to them. This trend will continue and the very few good workers will continue leaving due to those decisions

See the reality of the operations or if they already see it, start doing something about it. Focus on more than just billing and costs and more on the bad client contracts we have
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improve the client contracts so that operations can work with real and achievable goals. As well as offer better pay so that we can hire quality people instead of the ones that we currently do
