I am grateful for the opportunity to work for this company. The benefits over the years have been eroded. Cost for health insurance and other benefits. The raises don't keep up with inflation. Lost a week of vacation. They said the quite part out loud, "Loyalty is dead"

More cash compensation and health care that does not cost so much.

They are out they talking about the direction of our company to the rank and file.

Knowing that I am meeting commitments while treating my team as individuals that contribute to the success
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team as a whole. Regardless of what is coming down form the top we are here to win as one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We act like a team taking care of each other. They step in when I am OOO and make sure we are keeping our commitments. We have each other's backs.
