Balancing people with money. Truly understanding what people do on a daily basis and providing ways to be successful in completing responsibilities and expectations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication, working in silos, prioritization of finances over people, too much company cheerleading in your face, leaders feel ingenuine, micromanaging, squeezing from the bottom and bloated at the top
